FAQ - How to change first day of the week?
On most devices this can be done on the watch itself under:System -> time / units -> First Day of the week.
Venu Series
On the Venu series, the only way to do it is by going to the Garmin Connect webapp, and changing the first day of the week in your profile and then Display Settings. After syncing it will be reflected on your watch as well: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/displayPreferencesOn-watch settings
On my latest watchfaces, you can also go in the on-watch menu to edit the first day of the week.Hold the Menu button -> Watchface -> Customize -> Settings -> Formats
