Choose your two favorite sports in the watchface settings. Once configured, you can display time and distance metrics for these sports across different time periods.
⚠️ Note: These datafields only show activity data recorded on the device itself. Activities synced from other devices or apps will not be included.

Understanding Time Periods
Today:
Total from midnight to now (current day)
Week (WTD):
Week To Date - Total from the start of the current week to now (Monday to today)
7 Day:
Rolling 7-day window (last 7 days including today)
Month:
Total from the first day of the current month to now
28 Days:
Rolling 28-day window (last 28 days including today)
