FAQ - Can I show weight training or training time?

Yes! You can display your training time on your watchface using the Sport datafields. Here's how to set it up:

  1. Open your watchface settings in Garmin Connect or on your watch
  2. Find the Sport 1 or Sport 2 setting
  3. Select "Training" as the sport type
  4. For the corresponding datafield, choose one of these options:
    • Sport 1 Time day
    • Sport 1 Time week
    • Sport 1 Time month
    • Sport 1 Time 28day

This will display the total time you've spent on Training activities for the selected time period. The "Training" activity type includes strength training, cardio, and other training activities logged on your Garmin device.

Tip: You can use Sport 2 in the same way if you want to track a different sport alongside your training time!
