FAQ - Why is my data showing --

The watch has no value for this field. This can be because there is no connection with your phone.

Garmin Connect on your phone needs to stay active. If it doesn't, your phone puts it in sleep mode and your data stops updating. These two settings are a must:

• Battery saving off: manually turn off battery saving for Garmin Connect in the settings of your phone.
• Location always on: set the location permission of Garmin Connect to always allowed, not only while using the app.

Garmin explains how to set these for Android and iPhone.

Then open Garmin Connect, sync your watch, and choose Refresh all data in the watchface settings.

Another explanation is that your watch doesn't support that option. Sleep Score, for example, needs the latest firmware on your watch. See Garmin Firmware Versions.
