CGM Data App - Introduction
The CGM Data App allows you to display continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data directly on your Garmin watchface.
This integration provides real-time glucose readings, trend arrows, and historical data right on your wrist.

- Always verify readings: Confirm glucose values with your official Dexcom receiver or app before taking action.

- Delayed data: Readings may be delayed by several minutes due to how often the app can sync.

- Not affiliated: This app is not approved by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Dexcom, Abbott (Libre), or any other medical device company.
Supported CGM Systems
Dexcom:
- Dexcom G6 - Full support via Dexcom Share
- Dexcom G7 - Full support via Dexcom Share
- Dexcom Stelo - Not supported (doesn't work with Dexcom Share)
Nightscout:
- Self-hosted Nightscout - Full support for any Nightscout instance (Heroku, Fly.io, Railway, etc.)
- Works with any CGM system that uploads to Nightscout (Dexcom, Libre, Medtronic, etc.)
- Supports both public sites and token-based authentication
