Something not working as expected? Start here.

| A field shows PRO | This field needs PRO, and its free hour is over. See Free vs PRO. |
| A field shows -- | There is no value yet, often because there is no connection with your phone. See Why is my data showing --. On Countdown, it means no date is set. |
| A field doesn't update | Check its Refresh Time, or choose Refresh all data. |
| A field says Not Installed | It needs a plugin. See Plugins. |
| The screen turns off when you lower your wrist | You're over the brightness limit. See Always-On Display. |
| Your PRO code doesn't work | See Free vs PRO & Activation. |
| You want to start over | Add a new profile, which starts with the standard settings. See Profiles. |
